Major Medical Insurance  
Earthworks covers $170 of employee cost monthly for major medical coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield.  We offer a dual-option plan where the participant can choose a high deductible plan or a PPO with a $500 deductible.

Dental and Vision Insurance  
Earthworks covers 95% of the cost of dental and vision coverage with Principal Life.

Life Insurance
Earthworks also supplies a $50,000 term life policy for full time employees through Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Long Term Disability
Earthworks provides a long term disability policy through Shenandoah Life to employees at no employee cost.
