Lot 17 & 18 North Industrial Park
(complete)
The choice of construction for this warehouse was tilt-up-concrete. This enables the building to be 320’-0” x 124’-0” with minimal interior columns. By working with the contractor to add detail to the molds when forming the panels added details that just needed to be painted to bring out the features. |

(complete)
The use of “tone on tone” and a change in texture add to the character of this office building. The aluminum shed awnings lend to a “low-country” look. The crown caps off the parapet walls at the roof. |
