The staff at Earthworks worked closely with the owners and Georgetown County for the best possible layout of the buildings and parking. The exterior has a beautiful stone facade at the first floor level adding a great curb appeal.

EARTHWORKS was retained by Gaither Thompson for development of land at 71st ave north in Myrtle Beach with 12 multi-family units. The design team at Earthworks worked toward this goal by working with the city of Myrtle Beach and the owner until all partys were fully satisfied.

EARTHWORKS was retained by Allen Foxworth for the development of a 41.09 ac. tract of land off of 707 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Our design team worked with Mr. Foxworth and his real estate agents to achieve a layout best suited for a self-contained community with stores and housing all located within the development.

This two story, two building development was designed to maximize quality and comfort. The architecture reflects Low-country influences while blending with the Myrtle Beach style. The raised building provides secure parking beneath and glimpses of the ocean thru the unit windows. The developer added the luxury of stone counters and custom cabinets.
