EARTHWORKS is open studio design with exposed elements. This project uses recycled steel for the majority of structural components. The compact fluorescent lighting, day lighting, and individual air flow greatly improve working conditions for occupants. This project was designed for cost savings with high-efficiency fluorescent lighting and high-efficiency HVAC units. |

American Athletic Center

The American Athletic Club is a two story metal building comprised of commercial rental spaces on the ground floor and an athletic facility on the second. The façade of the ground floor is split faced CMU while the second level is metal panel with a simulated EIFS look. The standing seam metal roof was chosen for its long durability and added color to the neutral tones of the building. |

Blue Whale 2

EARTHWORKS was contracted to do the construction drawings for this 18,000 square foot retail store in Surfside Beach South Carolina. The large amount of glass on the front of the building and the exposed steel framing of the massive structure really add to the look of this building. The construction has recently been completed and the store is open for business. |

Pizzaria Uno

Working within their standard design guidelines and Maintaining the Corporate image was complicated due to the unusual site shape and took juggling between the Community Appearance Board of Myrtle Beach and the Corporate offices of Pizzeria Uno. Many elements of the design look that was achieved were taken from the “old warehouse that’s been added on to” look. |
