Steven G. Strickland, P.E. President

Steve Strickland graduated from Winyah High School and Clemson University, and is a licensed engineer in SC, NC, and GA.  He has worked with Coastal Council, SCDHEC, the Air Force, as well as private industry, bringing over 20 years of engineering experience to the table.  The regulatory challenges are increasing daily, making it more important to get a great team working for you.

Mark H. Donevant
Team Leader - Construction Management

Mark Donevant is a native of Myrtle Beach.  He graduated from Coastal Carolina University and Horry Georgetown Technical College with a BS is Biological Sciences and AAS in Forestry Management.  Mark has a broad background in Stormwater Design and Construction Management, including 12 years experience in work related duties.  He has also worked at Ocean Coastal Resource and Management as a stormwater compliance inspector, and Canal Forest Resource as a Forest Inventory Manager.  Mark's main priorities and responsibilities are overseeing daily operations in the civil team.  He has been with EARTHWORKS since 1997 and is committed to customer service.   

Stephen G. Williams M.S., GIS
Team Leader - Environmental Department
"In the past years I have enjoyed having a hand in crafting our growth from a company of 6 or 7 to a firm of over 50.  We are an aggresive dedicated staff, yet still maintain a family-type atmosphere which makes it a truly enjoyable place to spend your days.
Mr. Williams received his Master of Science in Environmental & Engineering Geoscience from Radford University in 2000 and his Bachelor of Science in Geology in 1998.  He brings over nine years of experience in the fields of Environmental Science, Geology, Information Technology, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to EARTHWORKS.   

Jack Railing, P.E.
Team Leader - Civil Department

Mr. Railing brings a wealth of engineering and management experience to the EARTHWORKS Team, having owned and operated private engineering and environmental service firms in upstate New York over the last 30 years.  He is a licensed professional engineer in SC and NY, and has served as town engineer for several cities in upstate NY.

Chuck Millonzi, AIA
Team Leader - Architectural Department

Mr. Millonzi brings over 30 years experience to EARTHWORKS in the fields of Architecture and all areas relating to building systems.  His design and project management leadership are a matter of record.  This is reflected in the manner in which our projects are conducted and the smiles on our clients' faces.
